I love Mount but I feel Gallagher ceiling is higher, I’d love to see him n Mount on pitch with Kante of Tchouameni behind them. Love to see Ruben out there on the left over Mount sometimes. I believe that’s our future in the middle Mason, Ruben, Gallagher, Kante, Tchouameni. Maybe when Kante retires, Gilmore. At CDM.

Everyone was happy when we got transfer ban and guess what happened we became a better team because of transfer ban we started utilising youth academy players and it helped us to build superb players. Now they are happy again because when Abrhimovic is sanctioned ,may be this will turn on to make Chelsea better team maybe Chelsea will have better stadium and will recieve more income and we have tuchel so we will become more stable club than before.

Personally I think a better midfield would be Rice, Tchoameni & Gallagher with Mount, Havertz & Ziyech up front in a 4-3-3.
Our 3 10’s. Havertz becomes a 9, Mount a 8, and Gallagher can then stay as a 10.

I have been a passionate follower of Conor Gallagher career since he won Chelsea academy player of the year. He is a fantastic player with huge potential. Unfortunately our current formation does not suit players like Conor Gallagher. He would thrive better in a 4-3-3 formation. I would hate to see him ruined as one of the DM in a pivot or as a forward in a 5-2-3. Same reason Mason Mount is not maximized. These players are naturally suited for the midfield in a 4-3-3 formation which unfortunately Tuchel does not play.
Yes, Gallagher must have to be installed to first team and Gilmoure as well. Anjiron , Harvey Vale and Charlie Webster should also not to be forgot.
NiiNii, this is not time for looking at a player's skill but what the future holds for our club. Without the club, there are no players thus telling us the fate of our club going forward will be the best for now.
Hey NiiNii, I think at the moment, any Chelsea line up must include Kovacic, so for me in the midfield it would be Kova plus two. For next season I think we let the following players go: Jorginho, Barkley, Saul… we should bring in Connor, Tchouameni and Jude Bellingham. I think these three players are better than Billy Gilmour at the moment (Billy needs another season at a club like Palace). Would love to see Chiesa come in for Lukaku, Dembele for Werner, Borja Back in the squad, Emerson coming back for Alonso to go, and Guehi for Andreas Christensen, Kounde only if Azpi leaves. Then we should play high press intense 433. We wouldn't need a focal point like Lukaku, we would benefit a lot more from a mobile striker like Kai.
We have sellable assets like Jorginho(35m) Werner(33m) Malang Sarr(15m) Alonso(5m) Lukaku(60m) Emerson (15m) Barkley (10m). We can buy Kounde(60m) Tchouameni(60m) Raphinha(55m)
Colwill is coming back if we can get Kounde, Tchouameni/Rice, Raphinha and a cover for Chilwell we're serious title contenders

Gallagher would improve the Chelsea squad right now. The only question is if he'd get enough minutes; he may go on loan for 22/23.
Midfield isn't even a priority for Chelsea tho. They let their next generation of defenders leave and now it looks like they will lose three starters for nothing. Hopefully Chelsea will be allowed to sign players by the time the window reopens and can get a backup right back and a two starting central defenders. Luckily a few good players like Mazraoui, Romagnoli and Ginter are out of contact.
I agree with what you say for the for 4-3-3 system but the coach knows that defense is the most important part of the game if you don't concede a goal the game will finish 0-0 and he saw that with three at the back Chelsea defense is far better that's why he uses this system
