    Trent Alexander-Arnold has been enjoying a great run of form in a new position as an inverted full-back. The Liverpool defender is now being deployed in a midfield position, which has seen him make a far bigger impact for Liverpool in recent games.

    Questions have long been asked of Jurgen Klopp and his unwillingness to move him to a more advanced position, so why has he changed tact – and just how are they utilising him outside of his usual left-back role?

      I wonder if you could have a 4-2-3-1 with a rotation with the 2nd 6 what is a more of a dribbler and defensively sound and and create with their dribbling to rotate with taa and then get the forward 4 to work with firmino as a 10 and then the normal front 3 so you can switch the rcdm and rb

      What if TAA becomes a regista and has a destroyer covering him like how Gattuso protected Pirlo; TAA reminds me of a prime Pirlo but with more defensive capabilities

      Homestly it's shocking how little klopp is getting out of TAA especially at these times where positions are just on paper and it's all about roles. It doesn't matter whether he plays at RB or CM what matters is that he should have much less defensive Responsibility and much more freedom where players are creating space to give him time to play his games. And he obviously must improve his tight-spaces game

      Love the video, can also maybe do a player comparison between KBD and Steven Gerrard. I think KBD is the player who matches Gerrard's playing style the most and is better than him in lot of sense.

      Please send this to every liverpool fan who is abusing the comment section of every post and video telling klopp to move trent permanently to midfield

      I think youre overanalysing tbh. Of course playing Trent in Cm would require changing system a bit but we should be moving away from this workmanlike midfield and towards a midfield that runs the game with the ball and with quality. Less reliance on full backs. You would play him next to a DM and have a proper full back. Nuts to have an entire midfield doing the dirty work of one right back midfield hybrid.
