I’m writing this on the day Liverpool confirmed the sale of Taki to Monaco for 15mil. I’ve never cheered for a squad player as hard as I did Taki. He has a soft spot in my heart and I believe that’s also the case for many other fans. It is sad that a player of his talent has to struggle with playing time in a squad that is so stacked and literally the best team in the world. I hope Taki realises how legendary and important he was to Liverpool and that historic quadruple run. He delivered when called upon and never complained. Text book squad player and pure professional. I’ll miss you Taki, we all will. Monaco don’t just have a good player but a decent human being too. So long my Red Samurai
