Why would any club want or need a “strategy” ? That would imply structure and a commitment to a consistent direction. It’s a dangerous policy that might lead to success on the pitch and trophies. Far better to have chaos and not know what’s going on.

Todd boely is the main fault for Chelsea unsuccessful season. he got no clue how to run a football club like chelsea . a manager is responsibility for implement his philosophy, system of play , motiviate the players , and what players that suits his system . As a new club owner you of to do your research about the club history , maintaince, the right staff , the right manager for the job ,and let the manager do his job because the club owner must not tell the manager how to manage his team and can tell you wish player to buy that suit his implement style of player. an club owner have a problem with the team performance he must call the manager into office dont enter the dressing room to add to the poor performance

The biggest mistake is the owner interference with team to such a degree. Chelsea employ a manager let him manage the team. Scouts to search for new players that the manager needs. Trainers that help the team work on tactics. Now the owner can oversee the club. But if the owner employs all these people then he should stand back and let them do their job.
