  1. All are midfielders are either getting old or are too young. Need a ready made one who can play every game without getting injured. Gini was that guy

  2. Klopp has very subtly put it on the owners now ..they need to step in and ask him who he wants , go and get them. He is clearly not the guy to throw toys out of the pram but he cant keep pulling rabbit out of the hat with an ageing midfield and compete for all 4 titles again.

  3. Basically the midfielders Klopp wants are either too expensive or unavailable right now. I'm sure he wanted Tchouaméni but he went to Madrid. Dortmund won't sell Bellingham right now unless someone bids very silly money. So let's just sit tight and develop the youngesters like Elliot and when a suitable player is available we will buy, but not for silly money. Liverpool run a sensible long term model. Unlike Man U. See the difference?

  4. It's nothing to do with klopp. These owners don't want to spend simple as that . It's why they just gave Elliott a new contract to try and keep the supporters quiet. All the other big teams say they are still looking for players.

  5. Unless Keita can channel his inner Gerrard, we are gonna struggle to compete. Although, I reckon Klopp has a few aces up his sleeve.

  6. There's plenty of players out there who would love to sign for Liverpool , while there other clubs out there trying to sign players who don't want to sign for them, so we're in a great position

  7. Reading through the comments i can't believe how many of you are overlooking the fact that we signed fabio and we really have good youngsters in our midfield that might surprise the world, im not worried i trust Klopp.

  8. He is definitely talking about Jude Bellingham here… "the right player" "some are easy to get but the right one is more difficult" so he definitely wanted to make a move for a midfield player but again he's holding out for the right player like he always does

  9. But he’s the greatest manager in the history of football. He doesn’t need to spend. Just rely on his squad. What’s the problem cult of klopp?

  10. The way the recruitment team is waiting for Bellingham next year, he better be a prime Stevie G regen from the first game otherwise it’s a disaster waiting to happen.

  11. Can't rush into the market looking for depth. The last time we did that we spent £40m+ on Ox. Do you really want another one of him?

  12. We've had all summer to get rid of the injury prone players we know who they are and he's put too much trust in them now we're fragile in midfield, one more transfer to strengthen wouldn't hurt and then still get Bellingham next year.
