Newcastle such an entertaining team to watch now. Eddie Howe has done a great job. I'm a very envious Tottenham fan who lived in Newcastle for years, the fans up there really deserve this. Hopefully we will join them in the UCL next season.
it seems that VAR do not have enough cameras at grounds judging by the few inadequate replays we get of VAR incidents, always seems to show the viewer a replay from the worst possible angle from which the incident can't be seen clearly…as the paying public I think its about time that VAR became more transparent to the audience….screens at the ground and TV streaming should be shown exactly what the VAR team are watching with audio of the on pitch ref and VAR ref discussion and reason for decision….otherwise football fans are left scratching their heads and left only to assume that the officials are either: incompetent, don't know the rules, bias, or worse still…corrupt. At the very least they could make post match statements explaining the reasons for VAR decisions, I would love to hear them for some of the VAR head scratchers we have seen this season.

I have seen the second Brentford penalty twenty times and there is just now way – the Brentford player ran into Isak's leg which was no ore than waste height, just ridiculous.
I think the PL need to put limits on VAR, they are overstepping their mandate in games, checking things the ref is happy with and pressuring them to change decisions, and this game is another example of a really poor VAR decision with the second Brentford penalty. Referees need to grow a backbone and stick with their decisions unless it's something they didn't see. Tell opposition players to do one when they crowd the ref.

The ref and VAR carried Brentford that game. They shouldn't have gotten a second penalty and Wilsons goal shouldn't have been disallowed. But tbf Brentford played good and made it a very tough game. Also Isak is on a different level, easily 2nd best striker in the league.
