Would love to have Herve Renard as USMNT. Btw, he disclosed on French Radio that
1. He has the option to sign anywhere if he wants
2. He would love to coach in a new continent/confederation for him
3. He speaks better English than Spanish so it is more likely to have him coach Canada, US, or Australia than any Spanish speaking nation
4. He wants to break the record of World Cup participation by the end of his career.
3 of theses coaches are the ones I talk under an other video. Renard, Martinez, Petkovic and yes Gareca can be considered. I don't agree with you about Gardiola, Zidane. They must be considered.

I think we should not close the possibility of taking the coach of the France team. Deschamps is a guy who as a player has won everything Champions League, World Cup, European Cup. English, French, Italian, Spanish League. And as a coach he has very good results. Champions League final with… Monaco… And league winner. Also a lot of victories with Marseille. Victory at the World Cup and Nations League. Final of the Euro and World Cup.
He likes challenges, adrenaline. When Juventus fell in Serie B he took over the team to bring it up.
All the players who have played with him and whom he has coached say that he hates defeat more than anything. He instills in his players the culture of victory.
I think that if a project is presented to him he can do something quite amazing.
It should be an American 🇺🇸 coach. I know it’s tempting to bring in a foreign coach but we have to learn from the elite team. 8/8 teams in the quarter finals had coaches for their own country. I believe the US should do the same given that the World Cup will be in our house.
We need a coach who is going to bring back that American spirit to our players.
USA WILL HOST – The richest nation on Earth. Let’s hire the best possible coach; the team deserves no less.

Love your video, but I don't get how you can say you have a good team for the future when half your team that play in my part of the world are on the bench because they are not good enough to start. Apart from the leads players who play week in week out but are in the bottom half of the table.
Do love your video but you need to take a look at your team from a different angle
What do you think about Pepi? Shouldn't he be on the team. He may be our best option as a 9 right now.
Roberto Martinez. He is finished with Belgium. Bertholder was not bad but we need someone who could take us to the next level.
The important thing to remember for 2026, is that the USA will not be involved in qualifying. That means we need a coach that is ready to play top European and South American competition. Those qualifying windows will need to be against the best competition we can get if we aren't involved. Would we also be looking at camps in Europe for most of those windows? If so , someone that understands the national programs over there would move to the front of the line.

Ricardo Gareca would be a good option as someone who watches a lot of Copa América. He’s had some great results during his tenure with Peru.
2015 Copa América: Got Third Place, only narrowly losing to hosts and eventual champions Chile 2-1 on penalties.
2016 Copa Centenario: Got to the quarterfinals, beating Brazil and topping their group.
2018 World Cup: Qualified Peru for their First World Cup in 30+ years and despite going out in the group stage they played well and would’ve made it through if not for Cueva’s penalty miss.
2019 Copa América: Got Peru to the Final, eliminating Uruguay and crushing the defending champions, Chile, 3-0 in the semifinals.
2021 Copa América: Got Peru in 4th place after beating teams like Colombia and Paraguay before only narrowly losing to Brazil in the semifinals and Colombia in the 3rd Place Match.
2022 World Cup: Got Peru within a penalty shootout away from qualifying to back to back World Cups.
In each of these cases, Peru had a good squad but they seriously punched above their weight, going farther than several far more talented teams.
Out of the three I’d think Renard is the most achievable. I can’t see Herdeman leaving Canada unless sacked with what he’s started there. Martinez was initially one of my favorite choices but he should’ve won more with Belgium. Paulo Bento could be a good option, Lowe can be gross but is a great coach.
I really think USMNT needs a European coach as they bring a different on pitch approach and culture to the game . Many of our players play in Europe . Something to consider . Great video let's see what happens !

Perez has worked with the core of these generation at youth level and they have high respect for him. I think he would be ideal.

The federation was looking for a manager who knows MLS meaning he would need to call up 5 MLS players and I know only an MLS coach can do that.
