  1. It must be good when your team doesn’t win the league you can spend 50/60 million like it’s noting. Man city is a 1billion pound team now what a joke

  2. £62m already spent, they're looking to sign kulibaley and a replacement for Silva and aguero. All above board with ffp I'm sure 🤷

City clearly had a buy back clause for the title….

  3. Pep has signed him based on a moneyball strategy. His stats and Torres' stats are off the chart. Torres for example doesn't have a lot of goals and assists, but Torres barely gets any chances because Valencia aren't great, therefore his chance conversion is actually really high. I imagine Pep sees that Ake doesn't make mistakes, has high clearances and has pace and thinks against certain lower table teams he'd be ideal for crosses and balls over the top. With Ferran he's likely thinking in a good side he could get 15 goals 15 assists

  4. ManCity never sold player for profit, their stadium always half empty and tbh their fan base worldwide is as big as spurs… Where the hell they got the money to buy players?

  5. How does a club go from a potential champions league ban for breaching financial fair play rules to buying players in the space of a couple of weeks 🤔 football is getting more and more corrupted, it's sad to see as a true football fan

  6. Garcia is leaving, maybe Stones also. MCity could have signed Vertonghen for free. Ake maybe good, but a UCL finalist CB for free would be helpful for any team, I guess!

  7. I'd say this is a bargain for city, if defenders such as Maguire are worth 80mil, Ake would be around about 120mil. Great signing.

  8. If Liverpool get Thiago, Chelsea get havertz and defenders n a new goalie and man United r bringing in sancho next seasons title race is looking🔥🔥

  9. Football will be great again once the transfer market is more regulated. This oligopoly of big club domination has been killing the game since commercialization went into maniacal hyperdrive in the mid 90s.
