Chelsea is just a toxic place for managers and if I was Nagelsmann I would not go there. Todd has proved that there is no long term project and that he knows nothing about football. Chelsea need a proven winner and yet not being back someone whose past their time like Mourinho. The culture is a mess like at most PL clubs at the moment. Loads of players. Squad needs thinning. FFP will be coming soon! Todd needs to be patient as the ‘it’s a project’ culture is the only way for a club like Chelsea. But it’s a toxic limbo time for Chelsea. Just wait and see what the summer brings… but it’s not the best scenerio for Chelsea and the league shouldn’t be the biggest of worries. But good luck getting anyone because no manager with brain would not go there right now!

I'm a chelsea fan… sadly. We need a new manager but each of the candidates have to sort this goal output. Whether thats a player issue or just tactics

Well I would say Nagelsmann can do a better job than Potter. But he needs some time for it. He has to learn and develop his idea of football and his coaching style. He is already a great Manager, but he is not at the highest level yet. It depends on what you expect from him and what the board an the owners expect from him. What is the goal for the next season? What is the goal for the next years? At Bayern there is the pressure to win every the Bundesliga and more…This pressure and the very high goals of Bayern where to much for him yet.
Any manager would be a fool to go there before the season is over
