I know it’s only a Facebook rumour at this stage. But Palace desperately need a right back who can overlap for the system Vieira is playing. It’s such an important part of his system. Ward can’t do that and it’s not clear Clyne can at this stage of his career either, if he even re-signs with us. Pembele from PSG has already got first team football at one of the biggest clubs in the world and is one of the most highly rated full backs in world football. So if there is any truth in it, Palace should 100% be all over it.
