One of the Joe's best matches. Allen wasn't so tall and heavy but good fighter and ( dirty) aggressive. Joe was in a quite good shape. He was heavier, powerful and relaxed in this comeback. If had met Bruno in this time I think had won. His cross right hand wasn't bad, improving that power was a good strategy, but in 1987 was not so in shape, and obviously older. I am a fan of him for many reasons.
