If Kai wants out then sell him that goes for any player and as for Nagelsmann replacing Potter let’s get him as he is such an upgrade.

Good grief…."Nagelsmann has been placed on the Chelsea short list to replace Potter and I told you this would happen…" – Really?!
EVERY Manager and his dog, according to the Hacks, has been placed on the Chelsea Managers short list, now tell us something that some of us did not know was coming about 6-7 weeks ago, when the rumblings at Bayern first started about: "Nagelsmann has to go".
Havertz is being put on the transfer list, along with 11 others, come Summer anyway and given what good he has been to Chelsea, other than the odd game, he really is no loss.
It was £22m, not £21m, to get Potter away from Brighton and Chelsea, at this time, are one of those typical top Clubs that have more money than sense.
Personally and given how Nagelsmann has handled Bayern, I do not think he is any better than Potter and certainly not at that £50m it would cost Chelsea to sack Potter, so they could hire Nagelsmann.
Of course Chelsea do not want to pay out £50m to Potter, they are not THAT nuts, not that they would have to, as I am sure, if it did come to that, an agreement could be reached, where it would be a lot less.
Besides, all this boring talk about: "sack Potter, who will take over, etc…"
The simple truth is, come next Season, Potter will still be there, "A LOT" of Chelsea Players will be gone and the books will be more than just balanced and "NO" Chilwell will NOT be one of them, not unless he wants to leave, which he does not, but either Cucurella, or Chilwell will be gone, as soon as Ian Maatsen establishes himself into that Chelsea 1st Team and it will no doubt be Chiwell, but not for next Season.
The Naming Rights to the new Stamford Bridge have already been finalised and believe me, that is the biggest deal in any Clubs football history.
The Banks know about it, so are not worried and that soppy FFP know it too, so not a problem there either.
Some people should really stop speculating and listening to every other Hack on the Planet and be regurgitating their garbage and need to get their facts right "on their own".

By the time the end of July comes, with the selling of Players, or even having the asset there, with advertising deals, etc. Chelsea will be over £400m in the black.
By the way, Chelsea do NOT have to sell by the 30th of July, they just need to be seen to be selling Players and it is the "asset" of those Players that counts.
At this time, with Players to be sold, it has been worked out, by the powers that be, Chelsea have "assets" of £391.4m, so I really would not worry about it.
And I have not even calculated the Reserve and Youth Players, that will be moved on, that will generate another £160m, or so.
Chelsea also do not need to worry about HG Players, that is what Players such as Hall, Chalobah, Bettinelli, Colwill, Anjorin and the other 6 Players, that will be introduced into that Chelsea Squad for next Season, are for and they only need 8.
To be honest with you, I stopped watching this vid after 8.07 minutes in, because really you were telling us nothing that had not already been said, by those that know, weeks before this vid was done.

Kai he can leave moreover he's not really giving much of what is expected from him. and the likes of Pulisic, Ziyech, Mason, RLC, Gallagher, Azpi, Mendy, Kepa, Aubameyang will be sold this summer.
