WOUT WEGHORST enjoyed his celebration as the Reds bounced back from Anfield with a brilliant 4-1 win over Real Betis in our first-leg Europa League last-16 tie. And our fans love the passion shown by our big striker.

  2. He's a hard worker❤ and he really deserved a goal and not the hate the so cold … gave him, cause defence always has an eye on him and give others the chance to score

  3. Honestly, I am a grown man and watching his reaction made me tear up. For years we have wanted players to show for the shirt, wear it with pride.and give every game your heart. This chap does all that. Whatever the future holds for him, he will always be loved by United fans.

  4. Genuinely welled up when he scored that goal. He celebrated as I might imagine myself doing so after scoring at the Stretford End. I hope ETH signs him in the summer, I think he is an effective footballer and would be good for the squad. He impacts positively with his ethos & mindset which is based upon blood, sweat and tears. The aspect of hard work and graft is particularly important for ETH as he shapes his team, it's good to have examples in the squad. Great Utd teams always had a blend of attacking skill and serious hard work. He's cost effective too. Delighted for the lad.

  5. So happy for Wout. Faced a lot of heat from the media. Even some united fans doubted him after the liverpool game. We all appreciate his honesty and his hard work. Its definitely one way to earn the patience from the fans. Its not difficult to please us. Just work hard and try your best. Would take him over Pogba any day. I know they are different positions, I am making a point about work ethic

  6. Wout received some hate for touching that sign at Anfield but I do think our fans know he loves Man Utd. And the way he celebrated that goal against Real Betis has removed any doubt about how he feels about our football club. JG
