The England goalkeeper was dismissed 22 minutes into a pulsating Premier League contest at St James’ Park for handling outside his penalty area and will be suspended for Sunday’s clash with Manchester United at Wembley.

If pope literally didn't try to pick up the ball I would agree it's harsh but come on he literally tried to scoop it underneath him when salah had clearly gonna win it and have 1 on 1 with defender maybe the defender gets bk before him but he can't use his hands so salah just shoots it in the net very simple 3 0
