Jonny Castro Otto’s smart finish got them a goal back, before Matheus Cunha’s first goal for Wolves made it 3-2.
With Wolves pushing for a way back into the game, Jonny was rightly given a straight red card for a poor foul on Ayling.
In the dying minutes of added time, Rodrigo added a fourth for Leeds. A long VAR check did not overturn the goal, and unused substitute Matheus Nunes was given a straight red card for his appeals.

The ref got every decision right bar one, Dawsons horror tackle on Harrison was a straight red, 2 tackles that could have crippled the Leeds players and you're bleating about a non penalty (confirmed by soccer Saturday and match of the day) and a gentle tug on Traore that happens 50 times during a game, it's time you grew up and stopped bleating about so-called conspiracy theories.

It is getting very serous with only 10 matches left – Wolves always play well for two thirds of the field, then the final third is lousy. I’m worried.

Gave everything to Leeds . . . well apart from that red card he didn't give to Dawson of course. You want to play with ten men, you don't win football matches. The penalty shout is a 50-50 as it looks like Firpo gets his foot on the ball. If in doubt, you cannot give it. Shirt pull? Yip for about a second and he lets go. You give that and its a weak call. Happens multiple times in every game. After it, Traore has the ball and we play on BUT then he is tackled and wants to complain. That's bad professionalism.
I think every week we see poor VAR calls and ref errors BUT i'm really not seeing it here. All are understandable within the rules of the game.

This has been coming whether you look at spurs which we were incredibly lucky to win and last week's woeful performance against Newcastle which we deserved to be thrashed 4 or 5 1. This is a club that has mismanaged its spending last two years. Wolves have spent 220 million euros since 2021 and Newcastle have spent 315 million euros. What have we got to show for it? Ref was fantastic, had the balls to stand up to VAR wanting to take away Leeds 4th because traore intentionally stopped playing over a tug that is nowhere near enough to stop a man of his size. If anything, Wolves should thank the ref for not sending Dawson off first half. And Leeds get x10 stronger pen shouts denied every game, than that tiny clip on the ankle you were all crying about.
