Of all the hype of the Premier League, the teams outside of the big ones with billionaire opens all come up short in Europe. When was the last time an English team won the Europa League? Yes Chelsea have Manchester United have won it recently but that competition wasn't created for clubs of that size and budget. Tottenham, West Ham, Leicester etc. never win these things.
