      This Dutch referee, one who did not issue a yellow card to Kudus for removing his shirt after scoring deserves the FIFA fairplay award especially for standing talll and taking such a bold decision, one that in normal circumstances defies the officiation rules but still one decision that is in support of LOGIC ( call it common sense ). Thank you the Dutch referee.
