  1. Regardless of the investigation, Gregg should never have been considered for this cycle. He did a decent job. Win a few trophies, beat Mexico, but barely qualified for the World Cup. Ridiculous World Cup snubs, and at the World Cup, questionable decisions (including Gio). Time to move in from Gregg

  2. Stu Holden IMHO is kind of like John O'Brien in a way. The US got flashes of what could have been but the weird, bad injuries just ruined it. Holden was a very good player – and the US were lucky to get him in a way. The Berhalter/Reyna thing… kind of over it. Just clear that the USSF seems to have had every intention of rubber stamping him for another 4 years but all the issues forced them to pause it. Not sure yet what I think of it. I didn't think he should be there as 2nd term US managers have done progressively WORSE each time. But that the USSF seemingly had NO interest at all in reviewing or visiting potentially better candidates is jarring…

Also… 2002 Brazil. Ronaldo had just come back from the knee injuries and Brazil struggled in qualifying to such a degree Rivaldo got unfair pressure and nearly quit the Selecao. Ronaldinho Gaucho was young and inconsistent, and there were at least 3 different managers. There was a disastrous Copa America in Colombia where Mauro Silva went there and turned around in the airport and returned to Spain. And the strikers brought in were ok but NOT Ronaldo. Franca, Edilson, Jardel (he was quite good but bad timing), Denilson, Djalminha, etc… and Giovane Elber who was doing good for Munich was wishy-washy with representing Brazil. ROMARIO dusted off his cape and had some incredible moments to help Brazil. But…. not on the roster in the end. Then Ronaldo came back for the finals, Scolari was BRILLIANT with his selections and adjustments (Juninho Paulista… great player but came off for Kleberson who was more of a two way player and balanced the midfield) and it opened up Ronaldo, Ronaldinho Gaucho & Rivaldo. It was a fun Cup to watch Brazil. Rivaldo vs. Turkey excluded of course…

  3. 100% on point with Everything Everywhere All At Once. Complete pile of garbage. My wife wanted to leave mid film and I made the mistake of having us stay until the end. Absolutely horrible.

  4. Another great show. We need to LIKE this show allot more for viewership to grow. Both your dedication to reporting about Soccer will help grow soccer fans. Appreciate you!

  5. You all always have the best content about the beautiful game, however; I wouldn’t suggest venturing into movie reviews. Your takes on Everything Everywhere All At Once are pitiful. If you can’t make it through 25 minutes of one of the most insanely creative films that feature an extremely authentic human story line, than you should stop voicing your opinions about cinema as you clearly know nothing.

  6. The words are privilege and entitlement and they need to be banned period. Also if Gio old enough to play abroad he needs to advocate for self period. It’s time to grow up

  7. The fact they keep saying he is still a candidate means ussf is still a joke and they haven’t learned their lesson. Cut him loose now and move on.
