just shows how effective conte's man management is… he riled him up in the interview bcos he knew that's how to get the best out of him. Tricky tactic, but when used correctly can be very good. Alex Ferguson was another great user of this technique

VAR was intended to rule out goals where the referee didn't spot an obvious error. Not to rule out goals by millimetres where perfectly fine goals have been scored. Stop with this nonsense.

Liverpool still have a game in hand over Spurs. Until we know the result of that game, Spurs are only 3 points "clear" of Liverpool. Being "clear" of any team below you means you have to drop points for that team to close the gap. If Liverpool lose that game in hand, then Spurs will be six points clear of them. Yes, there is currently a six point gap between the two, but Liverpool can close that gap by either getting 1 or 3 points in that outstanding game they have. Spurs will then either be 5 or 3 points "clear" of them. We will see.
