  1. I've been saying to Football Australia for the last few years that in our centenary year, we should have our away kit as a 'replica' of the first kit we wore in 1922. ie a sky blue jersey with white shorts, shy blue socks with maroon trim.
    I would love to see this (even though I'm a Victorian!), as our away kit for this next year, and I would certainly buy a replica kit.

  2. Considering Australia’s shared heritage and sporting culture with Great Britain, I always found it strange that Football (soccer) wasn’t more popular here…..both countries love cricket, rugby and netball but yet soccer is nowhere near as popular……
