You can say what you want but Spurs have the 4th most goals scored and Richarlison has scored zero. Mourinho and Conte are serial winners with multiple clubs and both can't do anything with Spurs lol.

Spurs are not a winning club, and so there is no winning mentality. Not from the top, not to the bottom. I don't think even the fans delude themselves that they should be winning… they just want the hope, and to hold onto their dignity along the way. Conte seems like he has a long-term vision of how to turn the club into a winning club, but the fans don't seem to accept the reality that they are 'near but far'. The fans know that their club is a joke (albeit, a cheeky joke) to other clubs fans, and I think it hurts more that they can never win that one trophy that'll shut those fans up. I'm glad I am a Boro fan. No hope = no pain. If somehow we have a good spell, then great. But I know the darkness will return in due course. No delusions here.
And to think that Conte was touted as a successor to OGS for United! Gosh, what a disaster that would have been! Disgraceful interview.
