An analysis of Tottenham midfielder Pape Matar Sarr against AC Milan in his UEFA Champions League debut. Pape Sarr has impressed his coach Antonio Conte and pundits with his solid performance in the middle of the park. He was aggressive in defending while keeping a cool head with the ball.

Pape Matar Sarr (born 14 September 2002) is a Senegalese professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for Premier League club Tottenham Hotspur and the Senegal national team. On 1 January 2023, Sarr made his Premier League debut coming on as an 80th-minute substitute for Yves Bissouma in a 2-0 home loss to Aston Villa. 1. He must take more risk . Try to help the forward when recovering the ball : I mean go forward very quick with the ball . He must watch casemiro a lot .

  2. Yeah, he's a wonderful talent isn't he. I know loads of people have said it before, but he does remind me of a young Patrick Viera. The only downside is that Milan stood off him and gave him lots of time to find his pass. He won't always be afforded that luxury.
