Howe's pretty conservative when making lineup changes. Given that Gordon can't play in the cup final, it might make more sense to get Maxi back into form over the next two games and save Gordon's starts for after Wembley.

I dont beleive in any links with the likes of Chelsea, Arsnel, City, Liverpool and Manchester United hoovering up everyone. They will either step in to take the player to a team with more of a history or they will step in to raise the price of any prospective player to make sure we can only get a few of these big name players per window. I think the Spurs comment was fair to be honest. Apart from the defence, they have better quality and depth. Doesn't detract from our performances and the way we play.

Keane and Neville are a pair of sausages now I'm a Paddy who absolutely loves the the Toon but Keane well he walked out on his country so that's like me labouring feeding the brickies with bricks and blocks and wall etc them leaving because I don't like the mess etc I'd have a trowel thrown at my head Keane should think before he speaks.
Neville isn't wrong tbh. Kane guarantees goals, something we've struggled with in a lot of games this season hence the large number of draws we've had. I don't see us maintaining top 4 if Kane stays fit.

It seems Wilson is given massive leeway and Maxi absolutely none. The whole left side is sterile compared to the right and that leaves Maxi isolated.

Its entirely up to the player if he wants to celebrate a goal against an old club, i'll agree either way. Its nice to have that humility and respect to a former club. Its also a magnificent change of pace to actually be linked with some of the these players, some of which would be laughed at over a year ago for merely suggesting they would come to NUFC. I think Howe will probably start with ASM but hopefully Gordon gets longer on the pitch to really showcase himself this week. He got 20 minutes last week so hopefully a good half hour this time – if he plays well against Bournemouth he will surely be knocking on the door to a start against Liverpool which I'm sure as an Evertonian he'd absolutely be fired up for – just hopefully not so fired up he gets sent off!

Newcastle will not spend a extra quid on a player – they think they are clever bit at the end we lose out on the best players! No too 4 , no cup , and if we are lucky we will finish 8th. Our hype is over. Every teams know our plan and tbh the football we are playing is not very attractive n pretty boring.
