It's frustrating when the camera is on potter and he isn't giving instructions, he isn't shouting to the players and just simply isn't being a manager and is more of a spectator. He does nothing to control the players

arguably. i think chelsea would have a better chance to perform if someday potter just get in to dressing room and tell the boys to forget about the plan,strategy or whatever and just have fun and play the game.
