You cant have “gains” without the growth phase and off season where your body is not in a caloric deficit and your abs are shredded to the bone. Improvements to your physique come with higher calories, heavier and more volume to your training and of course adequate recovery without hours of cardiovascular training.

  2. What is your nutrition macro at this time for protein, carbs, fat? I wish you would do a chest workout video. You always cover back and legs but never chest. As a female, I would like to see what high level competitive female athletes do for chest.
