funny little tidbit because it’s soon to be that time:
at a technical level one of the best you will ever see in your life, a trophy cabinet you would need a small truck to move around and has only played under the best managers, in the best teams exclusively
not even so much as a single ballon d’or *nomination* to his name đ

Please, don’t make videos that give me hope to see Thiago in the club’s staff in any capacity.

Thiago was like an old classic car you have hidden away that you take out every now and again that makes you feel young again.

Its weird and wonderful that Thiago is so connected to our club lol. I almost canât believe he played for us still. Hopefully he wants to carry on the association and start coaching with us. Sorry Alonso, Thiago is my new best Spanish friend

I’ll always remember the United game at home, sat in the old upper Anfield Road watching that dominant performance, Pogba decided he had enough after 30 mins and got off haha

I for one welcome Thiago being some kind of constant figure/ambassador around our club. Blows me away that we’ve had that affect on him in a fairly short playing career with us. Wish we just had more of his prime because he’s basically my favourite ever player to watch in our shirt.

Iraola is a really likeable character; I hope he succeeds:)

I love a lot of what Iraola says in this video. He understands what it is to be at the top level as a player but acknowledged that he wasnât a âworld classâ level player. That brings in a great deal of humility in him as a coach.
My favorite part was when he said (Iâm paraphrasing): he likes when players come up with solutions or ideas in a situation because theyâre someone that has played at this elite level for so long and knows what to do. It shows theyâre in tune with the situation of the team and game.
