[Dimitris Manakos]: 🚨: Christos Tzolis is expected to be sidelined for 2-3 weeks following the injury he suffered. The initial assessment suggests a spell on the sidelines of around two to three weeks.

    1. Doesn’t sound too bad but then you look at the number of fixtures in that time period…

    2. Not bad considering there’s still (SOMEHOW) a week left of the international break, likely miss 3 games and hopefully back for Bayern

Good thing we brought in an additional LW to offset the risk of potentially losing Tzolis to injury

It’s okay we move – can’t really do much with these awful schedules. Really need to get a winger in January.

    5. LW Gyokeres barreling down the line, mopped up by striker Merino. Bayern won’t know what’s hit them

    6. So at best loses the game with Leeds and  Lille, and at worst loses also the games with Forest and Bayern?

    7. If neither of our £50m+ attackers can fill in for Tzolis short term then I don’t know what to think anymore about our attacking depth…

    8. Credit to the Greece manager for taking him off despite the player wanting to play on.

I know a certain medical team and manager that wouldn’t do that.

Not that bad. Presumably Eze is going to come in for him though and he needs to up his game massively.

    10. Thats why you kinda need to sign 2 LW players for 2 departed LW players, but I guess we special like that

The karma for not signing attackers this summer. Multiple injuries and odegaard might not be 100% after that ankle, Kai is done for atleast a month.

    12. Not terrible. Obviously sucks but not too bad.

Eze/Noni/Max can hold down the LW till he’s back.

    13. Does this happen to other clubs, are United and Liverpool having these injuries to starters on duty?

Just feels like it happens to us every time.

    14. Was kind of hoping Tzolis would be bullet proof at least. Not his fault though, fairly minor injury but we’re automatically a bit stretched not buying another lw. Really really wish takes the bull by the horns here. That lw spot should be his.

Genuinely hate the October international breaks. Every year without fail we always pick up at least 1 injury to a key player.
