BlueCo’s bid feels like the Trojan Horse. On the outside you had Boehly and affiliates with the Dodgers ownership which look all great at the time. Then on the inside you had Clearlake who was the majority owner the entire time.
Probably was deliberate for them to make Boehly the face of the bid at that time. I don’t think either Egbhali or Clearlake had any sports investments back then, so a PE firm with no past sports experience coming out to make a bid would have been rejected on the spot.
100% Clearlake era here we go for better or worse

I predicted utd to finish on 7th or 8th so far so good.
Mourinho,Ragnick,Amorim all said the same thing some players are too comfortable in utd.
How they still have Shaw,Dalot and Maguire and they expect to challenge for the PL.
Their signings didn’t inspire at all Tielmens,Santos, Baleba and Darlow.
Yet Mainoo is their best midfielder Santos might have got a lot more opportunities here the he is now getting at UTD.
I just hope clearlake doesn’t fuck up on Alonso and back him all they way.
