I quickly came up with a few names from 2000-2010 decade include
*Manny Ramirez (somehow not in the guardians hall already, but the rest of the 95 lineup is there)
*CC Sabathia (Obvious Choice. Won Cy Young here)
*Bartolo Colon
*Grady Sizemore (Obvious Choice)
Travis Hafner (Obvious choice)
Victor Martinez (Obvious Choice)
Cliff Lee (Won Cy Young here)
Johnny Peralta (Biggest Stretch of the group, but part of core of that era for 7 seasons)
I would put these folks in before you start inducting the next generation of players (Kipnis, Kluber, Brantley ,Lindor, Carrassco, Ramirez, Santana)
Guardians Receive: RHP Corbin Burnes
Brewers Receive: RHP Zach Plesac
2B Andres Gimenez
LHP Logan Allen
This helps you bolster the rotation and somewhat clear the logjam of prospects in the middle infield. You can decide what to do with Burnes and Bieber after 2023 Season. You could trade and recoup prospects again for one or both of them.
Tyler Freeman/ Arias play second base this season. Rocchio will appear at some point this season.
Martinez, Juan Brito and Tena in the mix the year after that. The 6 of them can fight for time between SS and 2B in 2024 after Rosario leaves after the 2023 season.

Mike Moustakas isn't to be feared because he doesn't have a team? Justin, he has NOTHING LEFT TO LOSE, I think that puts him ahead of deer and behind moose for what we should fear.
