The more I see of him, the more I like. He looks like he's got a good footballing brain, looks around before committing to a pass or tackle. The latter is where he needs to learn to act a bit more on instinct.
I'm keen to see more of his game but he looks very promising.

Don't know much about Konate outside of highlight videos tbh, looks a good player, good on the ball, good head on him, not sure how happy I am with what I've seen of him going to ground inside his own penalty area, there are plenty of players in the Prem who'll be looking for penalties off him, but again I've only seen very little of him. One advantage Kabak will have on him is Premier League experience. It's been a real trial by fire for Kabak and despite us struggling for results he's actually done quite well. I do hope we start next season with both of these lads as cover.

Since 2019 he’s missed over 300 days through injury and unbelievably only partnered Upamecano 20 times AND hasn’t started a game since December for Leipzig..
Let’s hope Klopp signs a whole new medical team too otherwise judging by the list of injuries this season, all we’re doing here is adding another defender to that list
