Yeah i don’t disagree with his view. The women’s team has been stripped down, we had a good thing going on for a while but it seems now it’s just an afterthought

Damn it seemed like he was a massive advocate for the women’s team, they need more investment if they are to challenge for the title.

Yes, it is a good decision before things go sour. He started well, but last season was a disaster. Of course, our investment compared to the likes of City and Chelsea is shambolic, but even with that, I believe this is a good decision for both parties.

I think it was time. The team needs fresh ideas, and it can’t be ignored that several players have been lost mostly because they did not enjoy the football being played. Time for a change.

Was bound to happen but also the team desperately needs investment which I doubt Ineos is going to give since Sir Jim considers the women’s team to not be a priority.

A mutual break is the right thing here.
The club has lost so many important players and clearly lack ambition from the top however the team were incredibly poor at times last season. The cup final against Chelsea was an awful watch with Skinner completely outclassed tactically.
