Good luck to him. Thought he had something about him but it didn’t suit our game. Hope he does well elsewhere.

  2. Looked great when he came off the plane and on to the pitch then it never really reappeared l. Always though we must’ve coached something out him but could be anything. Wish him all the best. Onwards and upwards.

When he said he struggled with the pressure and was anxious playing at Ibrox his Rangers career was finished. It takes a certain character to play for a team like Rangers and unfortunately he wasn’t it. Seems a nice chap though. Wish him all the best

The wingers I see us linked with don’t strike me as being better than Antman.

With Russell Martin, an injury and a supposed January maestro signing in Skov Olsen he never really got a chance to prove what he can do.

I hope we have a tasty sell on fee % in the deal.

  5. His first game, European tie. I thought we got a steal he looked great. Couldn’t replicate that performance again. Shame.

Thought he could’ve been good in a McInnes team, but he obviously didn’t fancy him.

Hopefully means we’ll definitely get at least a couple of starting wingers in now. Only problem is they probably won’t feature on Friday so we’ll have 4 CM’s across the midfield. We done it plenty last season I suppose, so hopefully just get up the road with 3 points and then get some quality additions over the next week or so.

That run and cross against (IIRC) panathanikos was incredible. But that’s where it ended. Good luck to the boy.

Expectation weighed him down, unbelievable that we are getting more than we paid for him, allegedly

  9. All the best to him.

He’s a player who needs to be running at his man or played onto the ball.

We rarely switch the play, as our players just seem in capable of doing it with any consistency.

So whenever he got the ball. The space was always closed up and he would have to take on his man stood up. He doesn’t have the skill for that.

The way we play didn’t help but Antman was always going to struggle here as he isn’t suited to playing against a low block.

He’s a player who thrives in transitions and counters.

It’s also why he usually did better coming on against tiring legs or teams having to come out to get a goal.

Beat of luck to him. I have no doubt he’ll do very well in Belgium

It is an undisclosed fee but I also hear people saying we made a bit of money on him. How do people know this? What did we get for him?

Everyone saying the expectation of playing for us weighed him down but it didn’t help that our football has been so pedestrian.

So now Gassama is our starting winger. Why do I even bother with this club anymore..

You can tell he’ll go back to Holland and smash it, buckets of talent just another player not suited to the dreaded Scottish league

A bit disappointed in this 1. I’m convinced he didn’t get the service he thrived on because we played so negatively.

Gone now though, I suppose. Good luck to him.
