Jamie he played 20 minutes you melt
HE PLAYED 20 MINUTES… I thought he looked fairly sharp when he came on and gave us something different going forward. Also, 40 mil isn’t BIG MONEY in the prem no more. Jamie got it wrong here :/
Everton did well getting £45m for him
For everyone saying he only played 20 minutes Jamie is talking about in general he needed to be doing more even at everton
he looked very solid on the ball, price is almost irrelevant when it comes to home grown players and with the money the big clubs have.
I think he showed with his movement, that through ball to Wilson as well as various other runs in the space of 20 minutes that he could be knocking on the starting eleven very soon.
I agree that we need a output from him in terms of goals/assists. But I’m only gonna judge him from what he does in a Newcastle shirt, and so far he has only played 20 minutes so I’m confident he will get a chance to produce that output.
I can’t stand Jamie as a pundit now needs to be cut
The touches he had during the 24 minutes had a huge impact on the game, Newcastle would've won if he played from the start or came on at half time for Willock (the clumsy looking teenager)
Shay is a great pundit, hope he covers more games
As a spurs fan I’m gutted that we didn’t get him he is a lovely footballer in a good environment he will become a very good player
