Can anyone explain to me why Paqueta is not offside for his goal. I’m pretty certain he is offside twice, when the corner is taken he literally has one foot off pitch but then comes back on making him offside.
Then as the cross comes in I think the West Ham player flicks the ball on and he’s definitely offside the second time. Am I wrong?

After a good start, it was disappointing to see Newcastle capitulate so quickly and especially at home. They gave the ball away easily and during the second half, appeared to lack ideas in the final third. Gordon had a good debut and I wish him well going forward. Pick yourselves up Newcastle and go again next week, Eddie will work his magic for the next game.

Aguerd was class today , As a Newcastle supporter , I felt West Ham could have turned the screw on us and maybe lucky they are not in the best form as I'm sure they would have. Bit of a wake up call for Newcastle if we want top 4 . A little off your game in the premier league can tip the balance as west Ham played very well today.
