  1. Yes! Tajon Buchanan will do well in Europe!
Thanks for the video, I'm a huge fan of his.
I'm an MLS fan (TorontoFC) AND a Canadian National team fan, but I had never even heard of this guy before the Olympic Qualifying tournament.
He keeps getting better every game that I see him play. He has a lot of untapped potential even though he already is 22 years old.

He had to sit out one year when he was 17 because he moved away from home to Colorado, and then obviously 2020 was a mess because of COVID. He has a lot of potential and is just growing in confidence.
The thing that stands out to me is how quick his feet are. It's not just flat-out pace; it's quickness and technique on the ball that are facilitated by his quick feet.
When he has the ball he takes many, many small steps at a very high speed (similar to Messi, even though Tajon is 6ft tall) so he can adjust very quickly.

  2. And btw – I think when transfermarkt updates he will be worth $7M-$10M.
Still a bargain, in my opinion. If you asked me as a CanMNT fan "Who would you rather have for the next 10 years, Jonathan David or Tajon Buchanan", I would take Tajon.
His true value is somewhere around $30M-$50M.
