My new home kit came yesterday and the CWC winners badge is slightly off centre (look at how the text is crooked)
Tried to process a return via the megastore but noticed this is ineligible for a return due to being personalised with the badge. Is there anything I can do? I just want to get a replacement without the badge now so I don’t run into the same issue again

Wait, are you saying just adding the CWC badge makes it personalized? Even if you don’t get a custom name and number?

If it’s any consolation, when you’re moving around wearing it I doubt anybody could even tell unless you point it out to them
Credit card claim that shit. Defective item, retailer isn’t helping.
Noticed or were told? Because if you send them an email and the photo as evidence I highly doubt they’d say no to a return. Although given the megastore is now run by fucking Fanatics I guess you never know

If they screw up the personalization(which they did), the item is defective. Set up the return as defective or contact them and let them know it’s defective. No way you can be stuck with it. If they don’t refund you, do a chargeback with your card issuer
