  1. I understand that there is something to be said for FORM, but yesterday I rewatched the EURO 2024 Final against Spain. LEVELS! John Stones was brilliant and defended against Yamal and Nico Williams in a way his counterparts are not capable of. I have seen why he was chosen.

  2. The England manager was always over rated…The squad is a joke – at least 6 have all been injured and not played on a regular basis…its the usual amateur hour- i think they will struggle to get out of the group- They have ZERO CHANCE of winning this cup

  3. England always find a way of going into tournaments with a major fault. Either it’s choosing youth over experience, injured and unfit strikers, or more players than needed in the same position. Southgate went to last Euros with 4 right backs, 4 number 10, and one injured left back. Tuchel has opted for misfits in his defensive back ups. Livramento and Stones have barely played this season. Quansah and Spence have never played at that level. Burn is not that good. The defense will be where the WC crumbles.

  4. Just twat comment… like one or two players are going to have a significant impact over any other that was considered for selection. Woopdy-frigging-doo

  5. I’ve been dreaming about this and the media has enabled this by not really grilling tuchel over these blatantly sabotage decisions – He’s picked this squad to ensure England have the worst players the most injury prone and the most out of form – he knew he couldn’t touch the first 11 – though he tried for a year to get Bellingham out of the squad and he will try to create more friction with Bellingham – 1- Henderson going is a joke – it’s a waste finders space and means the midfield can’t be rotated fully and will cause rice to burn out 2- stones is out of form and injury and minutes risk and will mean other defenders will be burnt out 3- James who is worth the risk is a injury risk but then why take a injured player as his back up , Livramento is long term injured – he is in no shape to play in a World Cup – 4- add to this picking the worst option on every 50/50 – burn Spence Henderson stones madueke Toney instead of shaw Maguire Wharton Gibbs-white palmer Bowen

  6. Stop talking rubbish stones is on another level and I'm a arsenal fan he's a legend and rock and if I ere owt Maguire legend but 5th centre back for England let's move on

  7. Pathetic listening to all this rubbish about Maguire 5th year turning a Circus give it up only two centre backs any where near saliba and Gabriel and it stones and guehi end of

  8. Don't worry about John Stones…. he will get injured the first game he plays… if he even gets that far! and be out for the tournament! I'm all for best players who play well and are not injury prone…. and he is not it!

So many injury prone players in the squad, which should be the headline!

United above City… further proving the clown he is!

  9. United biggest challengers to aresnal.. give me a break. They had one game a week all season. Spurs will be different with de zerbi, chelsea with alonso, city will still be there regardless of coach, liverpool should improve. Then united have to juggle CL as well. Carrick wont last the season

  10. Stone has played only four times for MC this season.
Injuries in this and in past seasons have become more and more frequent and I would be very surprised if he makes it through pre tournament training without getting injured.

  11. England won't go far. They are slow in build up. Didn't work last time won't work this time. Too rigid formation. No supply chain .

  12. Stelling can laugh at that West Ham fan, but it is that kind of emotion that drives this industry, and in the end, creates jobs like the one he has on radio..

  13. Stelling is an idiot, he's not considered the circumstances of that Villa game and what it meant to Stones. He himself said that all he wanted was for the game to end, it was too emotional and meant too much. Are we supposed to ignore the fact that football players are human beings, not emotionless robots.

  14. Why is he cryting? It's just a game. It's not like they have gone out of business, just dropped down a league that they were struggling in.

  15. God every comment section on this subject is full of the same boring comments. This guy is an elite Manager who specialises in knockout football. Every manager for the last 60 years has picked players the media wants based on getting every star into the squad we finally have a manager creating a team based on what the team needs not fame and everyone is having a meltdown over Harry Maguire and Trent, I'm a Liverpool fan and fully back the managers picks. He has a clear vision and understands world cups are won by a cohesive starting 11 and 2/3 impact players off the beach. With Rogers starting we have eze/ Bellingham/ madueke coming off the beach and before anyone says oh but looks at nonis arsenal stats the 2 scorers for Spain in the euro finals in 24 had even worse stats than him but they were picked to play a specific role in a team .

  16. Manager is dishonest. One min he cant pick palmer due to bad form.. then picks stones.

One min Ivan Toney is selected due to pen expertise. Next Palmer not picked.

He is a bad manager. Confident but bad. Maybe knows how to build a club side, but no idea how to make the best national talent work.
