The Top Management is lousy negotiator. They will pay the amount other clubs wanted. In addition they don't conduct deep research on the players. After one season, they loan to other clubs and sell them Cheap with option to buy.

Much rather tonali he’s younger and I think he’s ceiling is higher. This is Bruno g peak he won’t get any better then how he is now. And after 32 he get worse so the window is small. With Tonali you get more than 5 years out of him before he reaches that point.
