I think Foden would explode if he just left City. If Pep really cared about him, he would let him go to Arsenal for a normal fee so Phil can play as a left winger. It would be the humane thing to do. 🙃

Personally think he’s going to leave City this summer on loan. Maybe if Pep goes he stays a season to see how that goes, but guy just seems checked out. A little season at Dortmund to rediscover himself perhaps.
