Iraola has brought success to multiple clubs for years. He has taking Bournemouth to the brink of European football from a relegation scrap all while losing his best players. Only Arsenal and City have lost less games than them this season.
They both deserve shots at bigger clubs and they would probably both succeed if giving the chance. Realistically there’s not much more then can do where they are.

Only find out by giving them the chance. And so they should. No different from any other job. Excel in your role and you should get promoted, and they’ve both done that.
