People may criticise it, but at the end of the day it’s yet another football show gone from free to air TV. We should mourn it. It’s nowhere near peak Dan Walker era, but still sad to see it go.

For the love of god, why can’t these imbeciles at the BBC see how awful a pundit Alex Scott is. There are so many better female pundits that should be getting these anchor roles.

The problem isnt that peoples viewing habits are changing. Its because they made the program so shit no one watches it any more. If they went back to the old formula of ex-pros talking about the game they p[layed Im sure it would do better.

It was trying to be something it wasn’t. It was always like pre-match of the day, then tried to appeal to kids, but they get their football news on social media, so it ended up serving no one in particular.
It had a great innings but the landscape has changed. People can get football news 24/7 now, we did have to wait for when Saturday comes
