Hardcore Jose fan here, but I don’t think Jose really is HIM anymore. His last few jobs show a pretty declining performance.
But also at the moment, there don’t seem to be many actually good managers available out there. Many hyped up ones, but not many actually good ones. So getting him for a season or 2 should not be a very catastrophic decision. Whoever the board gets, the board should know to stay away from footballing decisions. Business decisions should not influence football decisions and the manager should be allowed to do his job.

Washed up Jose probably ain’t the move. The right move was Xabi and they fucked it up. Madrid will have to chase after one of the carousel coaches as they’ll fail to attract a top talent to this dysfunctional club.

Id take Mou. People say he’s washed up but I disagree. I truly think he’s a big club type manager. Ancelotti was struggling with Everton when he came to us and had an extremely successful tenure.
On top of that, Benfica are undefeated in their league and sent us to playoffs (vid of Trubins goal from my perspective in the stadium on my profile lol).
I think Mou deserves one more run at an elite club. The 11-12 season was also one of my favorite seasons in my entire time as a fan.

We are calling Ancelotti “washed” before we signed him again for the second time. Tbh, we need a coach that could tame the ego of the players. We need a far better man managing capabilities that Ancelotti and Zizou has.
Zizou had successfully tamed the ego of the players because he is a legend of the game and that those players with high ego are also highly professional with CR7 and Ramos being the prime example.
Our players now have high ego but has a tendency to act like an entitled bitch.
