Personally for me CR7. This team needs a coach who is bigger than the players, a coach most players have looked up to.

I feel more than a tactician (in which Modric or Kroos will be better), we need a coach who can school the players more often, yet the club won't be able to fire him easily. In a different time, I would have actually preferred Kroos or Modric to be our future managers.

This is all hypothetical, folks. I know Modric, CR7 are still playing, I am talking about a few years down the line.

nah ronaldo’s obviously a great player but he would be a terrible coach😭 he would bring the mentaility we need into the team but other than that i can’t see it

Out of the pictures here, Modric for sure. I think Casemiro would make a great manager also

  3. I can see Kroos as our manager. And for CR7 it’s either gonna be a huge disaster or win it all, no middle ground.

Anyone once spoiled with great talent might be blinded by it, let alone the ego wars with the new generation.

Me daría pena que la cagara como entrenador, y manchara su imagen para los que no le han visto jugar.

  6. Maybe toni would and could become a coach the rest i would like them to train the youngsters to death lol

The best option would be Kroos because he’s great at tactics and his mentality would be great, but also because he’s would be lenient enough but not too lenient.

Won’t work even if it feels right. He’d be cursing players because they can’t fly in the air for headers and shoot missiles from 30m 😂😂😂

Messi as Madrid manager and Ronaldo as Barcelona manager and then in their first classico as managers they start making out with each other passionately letting go of the years of pent up desire for one another

  10. I feel like Benzema would make the best coach for Madrid. Kroos and Modric would be great coaches and tacticians with a very high ceiling, probably not a great fit for Madrid. Similar to your Xabi, Cruyf, Pep and the likes. . CR7, no.

Nahhhh it has to be Kroos. Imagine he got mad like Conte. He kick the ball precisely into the net

  12. Drama so I would want to see Ronaldo, but I don’t think it will ever happen, he has said he doesn’t want to be a coach/manager

None of them are aspiring managers, as far as I’m aware. I also like to distinguish between former players who try their luck as managers, and established managers with a track record.

It doesn’t matter how I feel about a player based on their personality or careers, as it doesn’t mean much in terms of gauging how capable they may be in managing a team both tactically and morally.

I’d love to see Ronaldo as an assistant coach behind somebody like Modric or Kroos. Just for the team spirit and mentality. He would also probably humiliate all active players by being the most active in the gym and during training sessions. The players Real Madrid have now need a good old spanking and a proper kick in the ass to really reach greatness

Kroos understands that the midfield is the start of every attack and defense. He could build a new team starting with the midfield the same way Xavi allowed Pedri to grow instead of selling him.

The last comment about Pedri, I think you get what I’m saying: Kroos understands the importance of role players on the team that can grow into legends vs big names that need their egos massaged to perform.

  16. Probs Kroos or Modric. Our players probably wouldn’t be able to handle CR7 or Ramos managing

Toni Kroos built a youth academy in Madrid in September 2024. And it wasn’t his 1st program with training youths.

He could train Real Madrid Castilla.

Ronaldo President, Kross Sporting Director and Modric Manager is the dream. 😩

  19. CR7 and Don Karim for executive/front office roles, Modric and Kroos managerial or sporting director positions.

  20. Kroos. But I fear management might do what they did to Xabi. Kroos must be given all power

  21. I do not think Kroos and Ronaldo will ever go to coaching career. Modric makes more sense. Anyhow, the only player I was pretty sure will coach and even manage Real Madrid one day was Xabi Alonso since he played for us, and look how that ended.

Ronaldo doesn’t have the intelligence to be anywhere near a coaching job, also the money is way to low compared to him just doing endless commercials and being a dictators mascot somewhere.

Imagine Ronaldo seeing his striker miss an open goal, benched and sold right away the next day
