Players haven’t helped the man-ager but if we get any positive result against leeds the media shit-stirring will be elevated at levels that we’ve not seen. The briefs will be immense.
Pondering hard about the new coaching team, I think interim manager Callum McMuffin should bring Stamford the Lion into the setup.
The lion has been around for years and knows the club inside out, has the full kit (cost-saving), doesn’t age at all and also could potentially savage opposition players in the tunnel pre-game rather than giving them little hugs.

Rosenior was a horrible appointment but the players haven’t covered themselves in any light, they’ve been dross since November with evidence of being very quick to point the finger at others instead of taking accountability as a team. The squad isn’t perfect but they’re much better than we’ve been led to believe this year.
But this is the level of immaturity to expect when you guarantee a bunch of 20 year olds with 7-8 years life changing cash regardless of performance levels? And leave the only seniors to guide them being bottom half level players Sanchez & Tosin? It’s insanity. Selling the likes of Enzo & Cucu would be a major setback IMO, more experience is needed to compliment the good players we have now, not replace them. They have to actually be fu**ing good aswell.
We could bring in Pep tomorrow & still have the same issues next season unless a major cultural shift takes place over summer. The board have a hell of a job on their hands to turn this round, especially without CL football. Hmmm.
Feel like players like Mason Mount have been hard done by the current ownership.
Mason is Chelsea through and through. His wages were on the higher side and that was reason enough for the owners to decide to sell him and create their narratives through constant press briefings.
Fans were naive to believe whatever the current set of owners and anything they put out which has time and again proved that they just want to show themselves in good light.
I look at the club with real sadness, because everything that i saw going wrong wemt wrong.

Now that Egbhali would be out of depression and forgotten the fever ramblings about self-reflection and all that crap, I can imagine him and the SDs slowly coming back to their BlueCo-level senses to appoint a ~~up and coming~~ manager that can work under this fantastic structure for the next 5-7 years with a squad full of young, potential talent.

Hasselbaink on Sky Sports the other day said he would come back to help if needed short term as he loves the club. He has coached before, has a good name, former player, etc. I get that it’s extra cost to bring in someone like him, but it’s an idea.

Everytime pre season games have caused season ending injuries. Nkunku, Colwil are prime examples. Now Lavia cannot seem to play 5gws in succession like Declan Rice and neither can Fofana.
If Fofana, Garnacho, Enzo and even Cucurella depart do Clearlake have backup players?
Are SDs and BehToddEggBoehly aware of this situation?
