Can a brother get a clean kit with a collar please? I so regret not getting the cream Nike collared away

I wish they’d make something original instead of a rehash of older jerseys.. There’s literally 0 creativity gone into this.

It’s a lot cleaner than the earlier leaks. Still not the biggest fan of this design, but I also am not a big fan of the original 80s version

  4. It’s just off… I can’t tell if the pattern is too small and spaced out or too large and not spaced out enough.

Vinyl sticker galore.. wont last more than 6 months..

as least the top stripes are actual clothing material..

    Bring back embroidery badges!!

I’m hoping this means they retro the 1989 kit with the proper logos – trefoil, Candy, classic badge.

  7. Ok that’s not as bad as I thought it was going to be 👀

I prefer non player shirts though for the embroidered badge and the more relaxed fit.

  8. It’s like the old Candy kit from the early 90s. I like it, but wish they’d go with the trefoil.

  9. Am I the only one who thinks it looks terrible?

I prefer the slicker more minimalistic styles

  10. In some ways it has been a dream to go back to Adidas and do retro style kits from where we were successful, rather than the nostalgia kits from when we were the worst in our history (all the green…did we ever win much in green?!? green is cursed for LFC kits).

On the other hand, it would be way better with the trefoil, and the pattern is stuck in the 80s. It almost looks like wallpaper. But it is the first kit I ever owned 😀 . If they made it more subtle and the stripes were not so crazy big, it’d have looked better. I think the pattern on the grey away kit stands up more to to today’s style.

Then again, this does feel like it should and could be a title winning kit.

Might be a hot take but looks a little flat with the screen printed logos. Kinda wish they’d bring back the old flocked embossing, embroidery, or the shiny texture for branding and logos, so it gives it a bit of pop

Always enjoy comments when new kits drop.

If the kit is too plain that year- ‘It’s so boring and unimaginative’

If the kit is different/taking a chance that year- ‘It should be Red and nothing more’

I know it’s not the same people commenting, but essentially, a few kits aside (18/19 home), never will most kits be for everyone.

I personally like this one, and will be getting either itself or the 89’-91’ kit which it is based on. Was born in ‘91 so have been eyeing that kit for some time.

I know that it’s meant to be a homage to our classic home shirt, but I just don’t find it that apealling. Guess I’m in the minority on this one…

  14. Very nice, although I might abstain this year. I have too many tops even if they only cost £12/15 on dh gate. Got home L sleeve and 3rd S Sleeve this year.
Only recently got my son the official home top in the sale with Salah on the back cos of the leaving news

    Not original and not impressed
Almost identical to the famous CANDY .

I feel it devalue the achievements of the club that season .

  16. After having a dope kit but a poor season, I don’t mind a poor kit and a dope season tbf
