  1. Callus mcfarlane taking over until end of season. Hes been youth coach and an assistant under rosenior. Hardly brimming with experience

Hopefully they have a new manager bounce against Forest, and revert to form after that.

Can’t imagine Iriola would jump ship as Bournemouth are still chasing Europe.

Not that it matters but he wasn’t going to make it to our match regardless.

They genuinely, all banter aside, actually look worse than us right now, and I was feeling a sneaking sense of optimism about the remote possibility of actually getting something from Stamford Bridge for the first time in 342 years – despite having our shittest season in decades – because he set them up to hold hands on the touchline in height order to demonstrate the power of eleven, or fined them for not shouting “yes, and!” after each pass, or something. Once again, fate inevitably pisses on our chips.

  6. They really made a batshit insane decision to fire Poch and then Maresca. Poch had them trending up by the end of his year, and Maresca maybe wasn’t incredible but the choice to move on to Rosenior was always idiotic.

Ironically enough, RDZ would literally be the perfect manager for them in terms of quickly getting a team performing to a higher standard and giving them a cutting edge. Lets hope they keep the pattern of bringing in the exact opposite of what they need.

I’m sure we’ll be getting lots and lots of articles about how they’re a club in crisis now that they’re on their third manager of the season…

  9. I crossposted this as soon as it was posted to r/soccer with a title talking about how it could affect our match going there… and it was removed for not being about Spurs. Now this one stays up.

Why are the mods like this?
