Hard to be beyond the center back when they have you in a headlock for 90 minutes
Someone show this chart to the Football Manager devs. I swear nothing breaks my immersion more than Haaland getting caught offside.
Hot take, he’s also never offsides because nobody sends a thru pass anymore lol
Guardiola would rather players pass sideways and back pass for 90 minutes instead of thing them play quickly in transition and play the obvious direct/ though pass like the objective of a game isn’t to score goals.
These hoes just don’t accept that he’s a generational footballer. We’re literally blessed to have a striker whose potential is with the likes of R9, Suarez, Lewy, Van Basten, etc.
