I hate to say it but Guirassy comes instantly to mind.

I’m just a layman and fan who has no profound or practical expertise when it comes to football. But this team has never struck me as an actual team in recent years. At best, it‘s been a collection of self-ambitious talented players, at worst a mix of selfish divas who have little regards for the club or the team and players with little ambition. What we need is people in key positions who can channel the ambitions and personal interests of our players into one goal, demanding effort and focus from everyone in order to reach that goal and reprimanding any ego-trips or one-man-dramas..If we cater to the individual players too much, we lose drive as a team and as a club.
If someone wants to play for Borussia Dortmund, he oughta play for the club first and foremost, and for himself only second.
You can see it with Bayern. Yes, they are a target club where the most ambitious players are naturally drawn to anyway, but they manage to foster an attitude of maximum effort, eagerness and focus on the pitch.
Even if what Adeyemi is claiming were untrue, just the fact he‘s even making the claim is concerning and shows there is little sense of comradery and team spirit in the current squad.

tbh I hope Karim stays in Dortmund and finally develops into a constant player who he definitely can be.
as for the players who want the team to lose, not surprised that all fans (included me) instantly think of Guirassy. he’s been really “lazy” this season even though he’s a player who really can do wonderful things (see his goal againsg Hoffenheim for example)
just hope that he leaves the club this summer and we can finally develop Silva and Beier who definitely deserve more time on the field.

The way Im reading the article it sounds like Loredana could mean it in general too and not as something Adeyemi told her about Dortmund players

Really want to keep Karim. Hes my favorite player so im a bit biased but really think we should retain him.
He had some problems with injury but think the main reason for him sometimes being cold and then super hot is how he randomly gets his gametime cut as soon as he starts winning us games.
