With Carlos not renewing yet and even talk of him being used in a swap deal, with Atalanta or Roma. Do you see Cocchi being able to take the step into the first team? Not watched him play for U-23 and was wondering if this is too big a step for him. I don’t see us prioritising a LWB before a RWB and a midfielder so Cocchi would be the next best option.

I think that he is not there yet.
If Inter manages to secure him a loan in a high Serie B / Neo-promoted to Serie A team (very hopeful), with a lot of playing time, that would probably make him a good rotation option for the following season.
As is, if promoted, he would not play as many minutes as he would need to develop better.
Fingers crossed we manage to promote him to the first team in the coming seasons!
He’s not ready yet and he changed his agent recently, he’s probably looking for a loan to Serie B or some other league
I mean how would we actually know I’ve seen the guy play like what ? 50 minutes
