He’s not clinical enough to be a 10 but he’s also not good enough defensively to play in the pivot without us having to compensate for his shortcomings there

I like Enzo as a player but his shooting is awful.
Most of his goals are a result of either excellent positioning in the box or well-timed box crashes.
His long-range shooting is particularly poor. Lacks a powerful shot and consistently bends it wide or over the bar. His only goal from outside of the box for Chelsea was that Villa free kick 2 seasons ago.

This is why I found it interesting that Saturday night some of our fans were raving about Enzo and how he shouldn’t have banned despite the fact that he missed our easiest chance of the game to put us ahead which likely would’ve led to a different result. It’s a theme with him and missing easy chances
